Ideally, you bring: Proven experience in a Banking Account Management or Senior Relationship Management role Expertise in commercial lending and complex financial structuring A track record in business development and achieving growth targets An understanding of the needs and attitudes of regional banking customers Exceptional networking skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships A degree in business, finance, or a related discipline (highly regarded) THE ROLE | You will be responsible for developing a portfolio of premium commercial and agribusiness clients, implementing strong business development strategies, and fostering relationships with senior referral partners.
