The ideal candidate will possess: Experience in a similar agribusiness or relationship management role Proven ability to build rapport and seek out new business Strong understanding of the needs and attitudes of agribusiness customers Excellent networking skills, fostering productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Expertise in commercial lending, including cash flow lending, credit analysis, and complex deal structuring THE ROLE | You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and agribusiness clients, overseeing the full credit process from start to finish. Your experience as an Agribusiness or Commercial Banker, combined with a relationship-driven approach, will be key to your success.
