Agriculture and Environment Impact Strategist Established in 2006, the Impact Innovation Group is a specialist R&D design and management consultancy that bridges the gap between research and investment, providing best-practice strategy, structure, and support to turn research into tomorrow’s most innovative products, services, and processes. We provide services in: R&D project design and implementation Project monitoring and evaluation Business and investment case design R&D centre design and evaluation R&D investment program design and evaluation Clients include those that invest in R&D (companies, industry, and government) and those that deliver R&D (universities, CSIRO, and other publicly funded research organisations). Working with Senior Partners, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Designing and delivering impact strategy for client R&D projects and programs Designing and delivering M&E frameworks and review projects Conducting primary and secondary research including stakeholder consultations Delivering training and skills development events Managing research commercialisation projects and teams Maintaining and growing client relationships during project delivery Preparing tenders and proposals in response to client requests Working effectively with other team members to implement client engagement strategies Contributing to Impact Innovation Group’s success As the successful candidate, you’ll be able to demonstrate the following: Knowledge of research commercialisation Knowledge of Rural Research and Development Corporation (RDC) systems or CRC systems Project management skills demonstrating an ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously An understanding of commercialisation systems and approaches Business development and client engagement skills Experience in delivering training and adult learning programs Experience in delivering high-impact consulting services Experience in tendering and proposal preparation Time management and planning skills, as an independent worker and within a team This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in high-impact projects for a range of clients, sectors, and technologies.
