Air-Conditioning Field Service Technician VIC We are looking for an experienced Field Service Air-Conditioning Technician in Melbourne VIC. You will be responsible for the service, repair, and commissioning of commercial and domestic air-conditioning products in accordance with specifications and compliance requirements. About the Role: As part of this role, you would be responsible for the service, repair, and commissioning of commercial and domestic air-conditioning products. You will report on common product issues and assist with the generation of reports for product improvement. Provide assistance, training, and technical advice to customers and company personnel. You will also assist with training material and courses where required for agents and dealers. Does this sound like you: Previous experience as an Air-Conditioning Field Service Technician is essential. Able to identify issues with air-conditioning products, repair them, and make recommendations. Able to service air-conditioning products so that they perform at their best. Commissioning experience is desirable but not essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Able and interested in building relationships with customers, team members, and within the extended business partnerships. Ability to work in a physically demanding role. Able to work additional hours during peak season. Highly motivated, eager, and result-driven. Organisational skills including the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, communicate status and delays if required. VRF experience will be highly regarded. Willing to comply with the Company’s Values and Code of Conduct is a must. Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trade Certificate. Minimum Restricted Electrical License - EST (state-based) is a must. OHS General Induction Card is essential. Drivers Licence essential - with a clean driving record. First Aid Certificate is desirable but not essential.
