So, why not join our team? Our Complaints Department is seeking an experienced All-Rounder Administration Officer. Our ideal candidate needs to be a highly driven team member and provide a high level of support service in all areas, but not limited to:The role: This role provides significant support to EWF and the business services team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Managing day-to-day Customer Service communications with customers in-person, over the phone, and via email by providing excellent communication skills and telephone manners. Liaising with Sales Consultants, Installers, Orders Department, and Suppliers to discuss matters and work towards solutions. Processing Warranty claims for customers. Reporting to the Customer Service & Office Manager. Managing the Customer Service tracking to monitor and ensure all cases are resolved in a timely manner. Assessing Customer Service cases and effectively managing resolutions within a timely manner. Processing and initiating service requests for warranty claims. Assisting with answering inbound calls, fielding, and transferring calls to other departments as required. Providing a high level of secretarial, customer service skills, data entry, and other administrative support to the team. Maintaining all customer and client records. Providing correspondence to all inquiries and queries. Managing incoming leads and arranging the sales reps' daily run while taking care of customer service. Arranging client appointments and booking in client work. Cross-checking notices of assessment within EWF. Performing general reporting obligations. Providing a help desk service for all staff with queries/issues and to also provide this service to Clients. EWF Allrounder Administration Officer requires the following essential attributes: Excellent team player. Flexible for taking on a variety of tasks. Strong communication and computer skills. High attention to detail. Proactive and committed to providing excellent customer service. Can-do attitude. Professional presentation. A strong work ethic and enthusiasm. Your responsibilities: Skills and experience required: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Embodies a positive tone and energetic work ethic. Strong Customer Service and Administration experience and skills. Conflict resolution and the ability to solve problems. Ability to stay on task and manage multiple cases/tasks at once. Proficient administrative and computer skills. Highly positive with a “can-do” attitude. Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a busy and collaborative work environment.
