Our Therapy Services team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and Allied Health Assistants. Our therapists support participants in Darwin, Alice Springs, and remote communities across the Top End and Central Australia. Purpose of the role As part of Carpentaria’s Therapy Services team, the Allied Health Assistant provides safe, evidence-based, person-centred supports to participants with a disability under the delegation of Allied Health professionals (including OT, Speech, and Physio). This role supports the delivery of individual and group therapy services for children, adolescents and adults, focusing on capacity building, skill development, stakeholder education, assistive technology provision and set-up, positive behaviour, communication requirements and social engagement.
