Applications are sought from suitably qualified Allied Health Assistants to work in the Subacute team at Echuca Regional Health. This role will offer experience and exposure to an array of disciplines including Social Work, Dietetics, Physio, Occupational and Speech Therapy. Key responsibilities include: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure service delivery is provided on the foundation of best practice, collaboration and inclusivity Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate the management of safe program delivery and service coordination to ensure patient centred care is received Maintain client records and statistical data in line with program requirements Actively participate in departmental and organisation meetings as required Participation in weekend and public holiday rotating roster Qualifications/experience required: Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance or working towards Current Australian Drivers License The ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team Working for ERH At ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
