You will be working closely with the Clinic Director to support and guide all the team members, who are made up of OT, EP, Psychologists & Behaviour Support Practitioners, to deliver exceptional service to all clients. You will ensure the daily operations are met, foster a positive work environment, provide assistance with recruitment, review and update policies to comply with the NDIS standards, oversee clinical and operational governance, and much more. Key Selection Criteria 5+ years of clinical, leadership, or management experience NDIS Workers Clearance Working with Children Clearance NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate University qualifications in Allied Health (such as Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, or other relevant disciplines) preferred but not essential Professional registration/accreditation with a relevant governing body How to apply Shortlisting and interviewing will commence ASAP.
