$29.57 per hour + salary packaging | Allied Health Program Assistant - (Administration) Permanant Full Time | 80 hours per fortnight with a monthly ADO About The Role Grampians Health Ballarat Allied Health is seeking a Program Assistant (Administration) to join our team in a permanent ongoing capacity, commencing March 2025. This position offers the opportunity to support community members along their allied healthcare journey, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clinical teams. You will be part of a small, friendly team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals. The role offers variety, including front-of-house reception duties for allied health programs at Ballarat Base Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Centre (QEC), operation of the QEC switchboard, and supporting departments with waitlist management, data entry, and other day to day tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders Manage front-of-house reception duties for allied health programs Operate the QEC switchboard efficiently Assist with waitlist management and data entry Perform general administrative support tasks for the clinical teams Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will: Be an excellent communicator, providing top-tier customer service Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail Thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing demands Have previous experience in administration or customer service in a healthcare setting Certificate in Business Administration is desirable but not essential Interested?
