If you are a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Osteopath and looking to make a difference by giving back to the community and supporting the elders who contributed to developing our community, we are a match! We are looking for Allied Health professionals to work as part of a friendly and close-knit team across VMCH site/s. Your focus will be: Assess and design treatment programs for residents to improve or maintain current level of physical function. Provision of group exercise classes and individualised program as required to suit the residents’ needs in accordance with ANACC. Conduct mobility assessments for care and continually monitor outcomes. Ensure accurate assessment and documentation entries are completed, providing timely handover to the nursing and care staff. About you You are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career in aged care. To be considered for these roles, you will need: Bachelor of appropriate Allied Health field with current AHPRA registration. Expertise in assessment and the ability to design appropriate treatment programs and ensure the delivery of the program. Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with managers, residents, clinical and administration staff. High level computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
