You will be responsible for the safe control, operation and maintenance of plant and equipment within the section. Reporting directly to the Bayer Supervisor you will contribute to our Safe, Stable and Sustainable vision by: Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with site health, safety, environmental and community policies, systems and procedures Diagnosing, troubleshooting and recommending improvements to equipment, work processes, procedures and practices within the team Performing routine equipment changes and isolations Completing housekeeping functions About you – what we’re looking for We’re looking for motivated team players who are ready to take on a role in a dynamic industrial environment.
