Unmaze Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Amazon Account Manager Unmaze Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Amazon Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing advertising strategies, optimizing campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to drive growth and enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring optimal performance and growth across Amazon. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, Amazon account optimization, including product listings, and pricing strategies. Sales & Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, performance analysis and actionable insights. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and sales, to ensure alignment on client goals and strategies. Problem Solving: Address any operational challenges or account-related issues promptly and efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in Amazon account management, ideally in an eCommerce agency or related field. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Sponsored Ads, A+ Content, and other Amazon tools. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Why Work With Us?
