Job Description: An opportunity exists for commercially astute, high-calibre individuals to join our Sydney and Perth teams. In this role, you will utilise your superior financial modelling capabilities and commercial acumen in the execution of transactions across the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors. Successful individuals will enjoy end-to-end exposure to transactions and will develop strong transaction origination and execution skills. This role will suit an individual with a corporate finance, investment banking, commercial banking, credit, equity capital markets or advisory services background. We are also interested in financial / commercial executives with mining engineering, mining services or energy / infrastructure backgrounds. Required skills and experience: Strong analytical, problem solving, research and numeracy skills (financial modelling experience essential); Strong communication and presentation skills, with the role offering substantial interface with clients, other advisers and across the business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential; A strong track record in managing multiple workstreams and prioritising tasks to execute on key deliverables; Ability to work independently and have high integrity and experience working on confidential / sensitive matters; Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills; and The drive to deliver successful outcomes for your client.
