Job Description

As an Analyst, you will contribute to the ongoing development and execution of the data product operating model, ensuring that data products are built, governed, and delivered in a manner that maximizes value for the Group. Key Responsibilities Design, implement and embed the Data Product Operating Model which includes governance processes, ownership, sharing agreements, and controls in line with relevant policies and standards. Contribute to the uplift in data culture and data governance across the bank. Coach and support the business to build greater data product awareness and capability. Metrics and reporting to track the impact of the operating model and compliance with the Data Product Standard. What do I need? Extensive experience in the data or IT field. Exceptional visualization and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics for solving business problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred experience in data governance and data product management. Experience with SharePoint and Power BI will be desirable. Good analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Strong communication and consultative skills to engage stakeholders across the group.
