About the Role As an Analyst, your role is to work directly with Clients, Credit Risk Executives and Relationship Management to complete the broader credit assessment function and ensure optimal portfolio management. You will be a member of a high performing and supportive team, structuring lending solutions for corporate customers from diverse sectors. You will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, working closely with customers to understand their financial needs, analyse financial data and provide strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, curious, a critical thinker, problem solver, values-driven, and has strong interpersonal abilities to effectively understand and communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include: Proactively handle portfolio management Conduct financial analysis, identify trends and potential risks along with mitigation strategies Analyse financial data and prepare quality credit papers to support strategic decision-making Effectively communicating recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers Collaborate with Relationship and Product Managers for client acquisition and retention efforts Keep updated on industry trends and market developments Maintain strong relationships and participate in client meetings and presentations What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and provide actionable recommendations Ability to identify key business drivers and mitigate key risks Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously Ethical conduct and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information Strong communication and interpersonal skills You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
