Assist in day-to-day quality control of all brand platforms, ensuring format/brand adhered to, and desired station sound/on brand content is achieved for listener and clients. Liaise with Commercial Team to plan, set up and execute all activations and external activities such as Outside Broadcast and Street Teams. Liaise with the Commercial Team to ensure that all programming elements for on air integrations & promotions are delivered and programming staff are briefed & prepared. Manage station rostering. Conduct on-air shifts both automated and live as rostered. About You Prior experience as a Content Director / Assistant Content Director / Operations Manager / Announcer in a similar sized market. Experience in operation of music programming / scheduling and playout systems (i.e. G-selector and Zetta). Understanding of what is required to create content that fits the strategy. Exceptional organisational and attention to detail skills.
