As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert repair services for a range of home appliances, ensuring our customers' needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care. What you'll be doing Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, including televisions, computer monitors, video projectors, DVD player/recorder, PVR, home theatre systems, AV receivers, powered speakers, vacuum cleaners, and microwaves. Liaise with customers to understand the issue and provide transparent information about the repair process and timeline. Order and install replacement parts as needed, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions. Maintain a tidy work area and company vehicle, demonstrating pride in your work. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our valued clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge. What we're looking for Proven experience as an appliance repair technician, with a minimum of 2 years in the industry. Strong technical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of home appliances. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
