The Role We are seeking a motivated Application Analyst Developer to join our Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team. Based at our Cranbourne hub, you’ll play a key role in supporting and optimising applications that underpin our E-Commerce and Marketing business operations across Australia and New Zealand. As part of our digital transformation journey, you’ll contribute to managing our CX application portfolio, including websites, web services, AWS middleware APIs, and internal portals. You’ll also have the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain solutions that help our business succeed in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2–3 application analysis, support, and testing to ensure smooth business operations. Design, develop, and maintain internal applications, including the sales and customer portals. Implement and maintain application monitoring to improve proactive support capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements, deliver solutions, and guide users with training and documentation. Maintain up-to-date processes, procedures, and knowledge base documentation for the CX application portfolio. What You’ll Need to Succeed: 3+ years’ experience supporting and optimising CX applications in a medium-to-large organisation. Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to work with vendors and deliver effective solutions. Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and foster strong relationships. Experience with .NET and integration methods like API, RESTful, SOAP. Knowledge of AWS middleware services. What We Offer: Flexible working arrangements to support your work-life balance.
