Applications Manager - Inner West Location - Up to $135K base Up to $135K base Great working environment - friendly, respectful & professional Easy to get to by public transport About the business A well-known, well-regarded private school that is growing and based in the Inner West close to a busy station. There is also some parking in the area (just none on site). The school campus is excellent, and the facilities & resources are top draw. IT is also well set up and well run. About the role The business runs three key applications (a school management system, Sharepoint & a learning management system) plus another 20 or so other applications to help manage the different facets of school operations. The systems are all quite well integrated. This role is to optimise the availability & performance of these systems, manage the (3 person) application support team, ensure the documentation is solid, oversee change control, incident & problem management, and optimise the applications environment. The focus of the role is stakeholder management, ITSM, change control, guidance & oversight; but the ability to get your hands dirty around SQL, .Net, Azure & Sharepoint would certainly be beneficial. The role is 5 days/week on site in the Inner West. Trains are close, and there's parking in the area. We'd be very interested in talking to any Application Managers/Application Support Managers/Snr Apps Support Analysts/Platform Managers who feel they fit the role. What's in it for you?
