Supporting and maintaining the bank's internally managed applications, ensuring their availability through troubleshooting and regular updates. You'll contribute to enhancements by identifying improvement areas and implementing new features, leveraging your expertise in Dynamics CRM, MuleSoft, QRM, and Open Banking to manage and optimise technical components. What you will be doing Manage application support models: Assist with system break-fix scenarios and implement technical components such as integration, infrastructure, plug-ins, and reporting requirements. Application Support: Assists in resolving issues with applications, following agreed procedures. Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics. Performs agreed applications maintenance tasks under routine supervision. Provide support for Dynamics CRM, MuleSoft, QRM, and Open Banking systems: Technical Specialism :Maintains an in-depth knowledge of specific technical specialists and provides expert advice regarding their application. Recognizes and identifies the boundaries of their own specialist knowledge. Support and assist incident resolution and service requests: Incident Management : Assists in prioritizing and diagnosing incidents according to agreed procedures. Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution. Escalates unresolved incidents. Facilitates recovery following resolution of incidents. Documents and closes resolved incidents according to agreed procedures. Collaborate with Level 3 support and 3rd party vendors: Supplier Management : Assists as the routine contact point between the organization and suppliers. Supports resolution of supplier-related incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance. Collects and reports on supplier performance data. Provide technical support and guidance: Consultancy: Assists in providing advice and guidance to support the adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards. Tailors processes in line with agreed standards and evaluates and makes recommendations on new tools, methods, and technologies. Collaborate with internal SMEs and external consultants: Stakeholder Relationship Management: Assists in implementing stakeholder engagement/communications plans. Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. Maintain knowledge of technical languages and integration components: Programming/Software Development : Assists in designing, coding, verifying, testing, documenting, amending, and refactoring simple programs/scripts and integration software services. Contributes to the selection of the software development methods, tools, and techniques. Systems Integration and Build : Assists in designing and building integration components and interfaces. Builds and tests simple interfaces between systems and contributes to the design of more complex interfaces. Assist with User Acceptance Testing : Testing :Designs test cases and test scripts under own direction, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting outcomes. Analyses and reports test activities and results. Identifies and reports issues and risks. Ensure changes align with governance and change management framework: Change Management: Assesses, analyses, develops, documents, and implements changes based on requests for change. Applies change control procedures. Assist with solution deployment activities: Release and Deployment : Assesses and analyses release components. Provides input to scheduling. Carries out the builds and tests in coordination with testers and component specialists maintaining and administering the tools and methods. What you will bring Demonstrable experience working with Dynamics CRM, MuleSoft, QRM, or Open Banking. Experience supporting end-to-end applications. Application and Integration Support experience is essential. Experience in governance principles around change management. Experience with process optimization using technology solutions. Ability to communicate strategic and technical concepts with clarity to stakeholders across all levels of technical competence.
