Applications Support Analyst (Investment Management)

Job Description

We are looking for an Applications Support Analyst to join the team at Lendlease supporting our Investment Management business. The Applications Support Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Applications team and is responsible for supporting and maintaining Lendlease’s Investment Management (IM) business applications. The Role: You will work closely with IM business operation teams to deliver support services related to Investment applications, making recommendations to application promoting adoption and understanding business processes and changes if necessary, while also ensuring that disaster recovery plans are in place and tested regularly (where applicable). Your responsibilities may include: Working with the Applications Support Lead and Business Partners to provide support, service commitments, and licensing related to IM operations business-facing applications like Yardi, Forbury, and DMS. Manage vendor performance and ensure proper compliance across the company on the number and usages of all licenses. Administer and support core IM business applications primarily Yardi, DMS, and Forbury. Leverage Digital Experience team support to address technical software and setup issues of IM applications. Participate in refining existing business processes and developing new business processes to increase efficiencies, effectiveness, and productivity in IM operations and supporting activities, including reducing risk and enhancing consistency of outcomes. Create, edit, and maintain technical materials, including business process descriptions, standard operating procedures, training and operations manuals, and other related materials in accordance with prescribed company standards to ensure clear communication of business processes. Support application upgrades & maintenance, from concept, design, development, through test, quality assurance, release, and iteration. Manage required software licensing and ensure proper compliance across the company on the number and usages of all licenses. Support all requests related to IM Business applications including access management, month/year end closure activities, license management, data extraction or integration, reporting requirements, and administering the Business applications. Provide Service management capability including service request, incident management, problem management with root cause analysis, change management, and driving service improvements across the IM business applications. Partner with Technology & architecture teams, Business stakeholders, Business Partners, Service & Capability owners, Managed Service partners, IT specialists & cross-functional teams to deliver successful application outcomes. About you: You will be a customer-focused individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, with a degree in Information Systems or a related field. You will also have: 3+ years’ experience in IT applications management (Yardi ERP experience is a plus) 3+ years’ experience of application support, maintenance, disaster recovery & application availability. 2+ years of experience in Investment Management IT technology Strong understanding of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS provisioning Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management Strong understanding of DevOps, release management, and CICD At Lendlease we offer workplaces that unite diverse minds; where respect, equitable treatment, and equitable opportunity are just the norm.
