In this role, you'll: Work in the Apprentice Unit within our Workforce Capability and Learning branch at Sydney Trains with a focus on ensuring the Apprentices receive the best experience at Sydney Trains. Be the conduit between supervisors, managers, P&C, L&D, RTO’s, ER, and the apprentices to ensure effective and efficient program completion. Coordinate and monitor the delivery of apprenticeship programs to ensure that employees gain the technical competencies required to undertake their work in a skilled, safe, and effective manner. Conduct performance reviews in consultation with identified stakeholders to ensure apprentices are progressing to plan. Involve in developing and executing induction programs for new apprentices. About you Your experience in the design, coordination, and delivery of Apprenticeship programs or strong project coordination experience will be key to your success. You also have an innate ability to build sound working relationships and are passionate about developing people. You’re recognised as having sound prioritisation, coordination, and time management skills and can use your initiative to implement pragmatic solutions in challenging situations. In addition to this, you are someone who puts the customer at the heart of all your decision making and enjoy problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an Award RC5 Permanent Full-Time role based at the Clyde Hub, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!
