Our apprentices obtain a nationally recognised qualification upon successful completion of the programme.Role Responsibilities Work closely with Sales Executives to process vehicle invoices, tax cars and register warranty information on vehicles. Help Sales Executives with ownership changes, used car taxing and cherished plate transfers. Ensure all customer data and vehicle records are kept up-to-date, accurate and secure in line with GDPR requirements. Maintain accurate and clean vehicle stock books and reconcile month end reports. Be competent in registering new vehicles using government RAV (formerly AFRL) systems. Be comfortable in managing a high volume of transactions and prioritising workloads. Work with other internal and external retailers to process vehicle transfers and new vehicle swaps. The Training Qualification: Level 2 Business Admin Apprentices receive their off-the-job training at the state-of-the-art Manufacturer's Training Centre. This guarantees consistent training across the UK and enables our apprentices to study the most up-to-date products and technology. During the course, the training is conducted in both workshops and classroom settings.Applicants Must Possess The Following GCSEs grades 4 or above in English, Maths and two other subjects (or equivalent qualifications).
