Aqua Fitness Instructor - Thebarton Aquatic Centre Department: Recreation & Fitness Type: Casual Posted: 11 February 2025 Closes: 28 February 2025 THE ROLE Thebarton Aquatic Centre is seeking an Aqua Fitness Instructor to join our newly refurbished centre, located in Torrensville/Thebarton. Our centre offers a range of aquatic programs, aiming to provide a welcoming environment for people of all ages and fitness levels to improve their overall health and wellbeing. As an Aqua Fitness Instructor, you will deliver safe, engaging, and effective group fitness classes in a water-based environment within format/training guidelines. You will motivate and educate participants through your lessons, tailoring your approach to suit individual needs and enhancing each participant's experience. Building strong relationships with participants and fostering a sense of community will be central to your role, helping to create a supportive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and motivated to reach their personal wellness goals. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Along with the minimum role qualifications, successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain: WETS Aqua Fitness Instructor Certification or equivalent HLTAID009 Perform CPR Proven capability to build strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders HOW TO APPLY If this sounds like you, please submit your resume and cover letter via Apply Now!
