The role offers a salary of $75,000 - $90,000, plus superannuation.Role and Responsibilities: Title: Architectural Drafter (ArchiCAD) Location: Gold Coast, QLD Reporting to: Drafting Manager Responsibilities: Creating detailed working drawings for residential projects. Liaising with local shires and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations. Ensuring all drawings meet building codes and standards. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Required Experience: Must be highly proficient with ArchiCAD. Previous experience in residential building drafting. A deep understanding of building codes and regulations. A consistent CV and proven track record in similar roles. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
