Our custom residential homes have been recognised by Grand Designs, The Local Project, and the Australian Institute of Architects. Our passion is blending sustainable design with contemporary architecture. We are looking for a like-minded person to join our small team. Our projects include 9.5-star homes, Passive House projects, and high-end luxury homes up to $6 million. Responsibilities The successful candidate will meet or exceed the below requirements: Experience in running projects onsite through construction with contract administration. 7-10 years of Luxury Residential or Multi Residential experience. 7-10 years of Revit experience with a proven track record of detailed Revit drawings displayed in your portfolio. BSc in Architecture / Registered Architect preferred. Proven design skills through sketches or “built works”. Good personal skills; dependable, motivated with good problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills as you will be required to work with clients and consultants; negotiate projects through council, work and problem solve with structural engineers, review projects with building certifiers, and join client meetings (guided by director). This role is full of variety with exciting projects both in design development and onsite. Our office focuses on a small number of projects per year to ensure a quality outcome. We are an easy-going office, yet very motivated and passionate about excelling in Architecture and Sustainable Design.
