With a well-established reputation for excellence, they are looking for a dynamic Architectural & Design Sales Consultant to be the face of their brand, delivering exceptional value to architects, designers, and developers. About the role: Hit the road with purpose, meeting 4-5 firms per day, conducting presentations, dropping off samples, and building genuine relationships with key stakeholders. Connect with top architectural and design firms, builders, and developers to showcase the brand's premium offerings. Work with an existing portfolio of clients while actively seeking new opportunities from a curated target list! Use LinkedIn and your network to bypass gatekeepers and directly reach decision-makers. Build and maintain relationships with retail partners to expand your brand presence in the market. Conduct product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, to educate clients and industry partners about the quality and sustainability of your textiles. About you: You’re personable, enthusiastic, and love what you do – your excitement for the brand is contagious. You’re confident presenting, influencing, and having meaningful conversations with stakeholders and have demonstrated experience in a previous role. Vulnerability and curiosity are key – you don’t need to know everything, but you must be eager to grow. Design and textiles are a keen interest of yours! You can confidently talk about colour and design, with a genuine interest in aesthetics and creativity. You thrive on autonomy, organisation, and meeting ambitious KPIs, such as 40-50 presentations per month. Your primary region will be located across Sydney, however travel interstate and occasionally to New Zealand will be required when necessary (Approx 3 days every 2 months) What’s in it for you? $80,000 - $85,000 + super + SUV company car + 1% bonus on all sales after the first year.
