Architectural Project Manager Location: Maitland, FloridaSalary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 Luxus Build is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who has advanced their career from design to Project Architect and now to Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage 3 to 4 architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Oversee project teams, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases of design and construction. Provide leadership in the preparation of design development and construction documents using Revit software. Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure alignment with project goals. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews. Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards and company practices. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. At least 8 years of professional experience in architecture, with a demonstrated progression from design to project management. Proven experience managing projects in one or more of the following sectors: Entertainment Hospitality Theme Parks Retail Food Services Mixed-Use Developments Proficiency in Revit software is required.
