Your caring touch will bring comfort to others. InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, operating over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries, and 29 crematoria throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure respectful and compassionate collection and transportation of beloved pets to our facility for cremation services. This role involves compassion, empathy, and providing peace of mind to pet owners during a sensitive time. Duties of a Delivery Driver: Carrying out pet collections from veterinary clinics, handling deceased animals with respect and dignity (all pets are hygienically bagged and kept chilled) Collecting pets from owners' homes Returning pet ashes to clients at home and in veterinary clinics Thoroughly reviewing and accurately fulfilling system requirements with meticulous attention to detail Ensuring that vehicle and work areas are maintained at the highest standards Navigating daily runs efficiently aligned to the run requirements About You: A passion for helping others at difficult times Compassion for animals and emotional intelligence Exceptional customer service skills; you're an effective and clear communicator Strong organisational skills and thrive in a clean and tidy environment An ability to handle deceased pets professionally and compassionately Capable of lifting pets of all sizes using safe lifting procedures; requires ability to lift up to 25kg Required to hold a current driver's license Benefits of Joining InvoCare: You may not have considered this industry before, but we provide vital services to families that help them celebrate the lives of those they loved.
