Area Manager - Cleaning. Geelong and Surf Coast An amazing opportunity for an experienced Area Manager with an industry leader. Your new role We are looking for an experienced and well-presented Area Manager to take ownership of an important position within our business. This position will see you responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations and client satisfaction whilst ensuring efficiency throughout the business. You will ensure works are completed on time and to the highest standards, meeting both our clients' expectations and our own. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, liaising with clients and cleaners, undertaking specific and ongoing training of staff, and communicating daily with our Operations and Executive Teams. You will lead and organise cleaners across multiple contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following: Previous experience within the cleaning industry is an advantage. Outstanding operational and time management skills. Drive and willingness to succeed within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all stakeholders at any level. Great leadership skills and staff management experience. Highly organized, able to forward plan, and flexible in your approach. Profound verbal and written communication skills. High level of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience in multi-site management. Knowledge and ability to manage budgets and experience in payroll. Reliable and dependable. Experience working with people from diverse national, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds. Knowledge of the cleaning industry, equipment, machinery, and processes is an advantage, but your work ethic and ability to work well within a team environment are paramount.
