We focus on providing staff with the best, most flexible conditions, empowering them to deliver the highest quality care in an environment that supports their success.About the Opportunity The role of Area Manager will primarily be responsible for providing operational leadership for the designated area/practices within your Sydney territory with the aim to develop, coach, support and manage Practice Managers and Practice teams to deliver the best care and support to our doctors, patients and the broader community, while deeply understanding key performance drivers to maximise business and practice performance.
