About the role: We have exciting opportunities for Area Managers to join our team in Queensland! You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, driving success across multiple stores and fostering a culture of growth and excellence. x1 Area Manager - Vans/Timberland (Queensland Based) What you'll be doing: Provide hands-on leadership and support to store managers, empowering them to create engaging in-store experiences and achieve sales targets. Monitor store performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive corrective actions. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, and develop the skills and capabilities of your direct reports. Ensure stores are operating in compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards. What we're looking for: Significant experience in an area management role, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry. A demonstrable track record of leading and developing high-performing retail teams. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others. Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities. Passion for people and making a difference.
