The Role: You will oversee three branches in Victoria with a team of 18. The business is on a steep growth trajectory with expansion through additional manufacturing capability and the addition of new product lines. Driving profitability and expanding the business footprint, balancing strategic execution with day-to-day needs, focusing on staff growth, performance, customer relationships, and commitments. Servant/coach leadership approach, fostering a change mindset, emphasizing consultative leadership and clear communication. Create a success-driven environment through team engagement, translating business strategy into actionable plans, promoting inclusive leadership, and ensuring team alignment with internal priorities. Manage and drive quality customer service to foster repeat and growth business, ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company policies, and develop close working relationships with customers and industry contacts to advance the brand. The role involves strong leadership in recruitment, performance management, training, and personal development while managing quality customer service, compliance, and close customer relationships. Develop a long-term talent pipeline, improve business performance through market analysis and new opportunities, and reinforce the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values, ensuring structure, discipline, productivity, and efficiency in branch operations. About You: Experience in managing remote teams & high-volume product sales store/branch environments, ideally within building products or alternatively technical products. Demonstrate strong competencies in people leadership, business strategy, and scaling operations, ensuring financial profitability for each branch by implementing and executing business directives aligned with the overall strategy. Lead with clearly defined expectations and exceptional communication skills; able to diagnose barriers to strategy execution and address organizational roles, responsibilities, and relationships to drive change. Proven systems for selecting, evaluating, developing, and promoting talent must be adapted to sustain these changes. Have a high Emotional Quotient (EQ) and strong commercial acumen, capable of identifying key indicators in stock management and maintaining competitive operations. Proficiency in managing Profit & Loss (P&L), demonstrating financial acumen, driving team engagement, and fostering growth capacity are essential attributes. Experience in Branch operations and a 2000+ SKU environment will be critical. What's on offer: Join with an exciting opportunity to make an impact and grow with the business.
