Now, with our recent expansion into VA ABC stores, we’re looking for amotivated Sales Leader to help drive our next phase of growth. If you’re passionate about sales, brand-building, and leading a high-performing team, we want to hear from you! About the Role As aSales Lead , you’ll play a crucial role in supporting both Sales Management and Sales Associates while helping to grow our presence in the Northern VA market. You willbuild relationships, drive sales, and ensure our products stand out at key retail locations. Your Impact: Lead andmentor the Northern VA Sales Associate team to maximize sales and brand knowledge. Develop strong relationships with key managers and buyers at target accounts. Manage off-premise accounts , visiting a minimum of20 locations per week to increase sales and visibility. Identify and executenew business opportunities to expand product distribution. Schedule and execute in-store samplings, on-premise events, and festivals. Achievemonthly and quarterly sales goals through strategic planning and execution. Optimize product placement by increasing shelf facings, securing secondary placements, and ensuring proper merchandising. Partner with distributor reps to drive growth and conductjoint sales visits . RepresentNOVA Tastings at trade shows, distributor meetings, and industry events. Who We're Looking For Theideal candidate will have:️Off-premise industry knowledge (experience working with grocery, liquor, or retail store accounts is a plus!)️Previous experience in B2B sales , preferably in beverage, CPG, or related fields️Aself-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong leadership skills️Excellent relationship-building and communication skills️The ability towork independently andtravel within Northern VA Why Join Us?
