Exciting 5-year pipeline of novel new products Regional NSW location About the Company Our client is the Australian leader in the product development and life cycle management of high-quality niche crop protection products. About the role Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to optimise sales and profitability of the product portfolio. You will achieve sales and profitability goals within the defined territory through effective business planning and development with distribution customers, resellers and end users. Responsibilities Manage and support distribution channels Set and achieve sales budgets and seek out and secure new business Drive demand at key resellers, distributors, end-users and key-influencers Market development of new products and the repositioning of existing products to maximize returns Prepare key reseller business and promotional plans Analyse and communicate market competitor and customer trends Education / Experience / Skills Self-motivated, reliable, capable of working unsupervised Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture or Horticulture, complemented by well-developed time management and computer skills are required A comprehensive understanding of horticultural or broadacre production systems The confidence to negotiate at all levels of the distribution channel A salary commensurate with the responsibilities of the role will be negotiated.
