Job Description Territory Overview: Must reside in the Victoria or Tasmania regions Ability to travel adequately to cover the region, including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings. 1-2 overnights on average per week. Valid Driver's License Position Summary Reporting to the Director of ANZ, the Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for lead generation through Cutera’s validated sales methodology providing results that build brand dedication across all of our innovative products and technologies.Duties & Responsibilities You will drive the success and growth of your sales territory through cold calling and on-site visits to meet and exceed individual and team goals. Develop prospective new customers and nurture existing relationships to expand the sales of additional results. Educate and demonstrate Cutera’s products’ indications, efficacy, safety, and how these products will improve the clients’ needs and that of their customers. Prioritizes client satisfaction and long-term relationships, understanding that success in sales goes beyond transactions and requires building trust. Qualifications Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 5+ years’ sales – Aesthetics or medical capital equipment experience and/or strong business-to-business. Detailed successful sales track record required (we don’t mind if you brag, show us how good you are). Understanding of the industry and the business challenges customers face. Demonstrates punctuality, professionalism, and a strong commercial acumen. Exhibits outstanding written and verbal communication proficiency. Ability to effectively manage time across competing priorities, handling multiple client accounts, follow-ups, and leads simultaneously. Possesses the ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively across various departments. Compensation Additional Information Cutera expects to reasonably pay in the range listed below for this position based on the city and state listed in the job posting.
