Generous Salary Package (including car allowance, company credit card & tools of the trade i.e. mobile & laptop) Up to 50% off our new season product range! $2000 YEARLY CLOTHING ALLOWANCE Monthly & seasonal bonus potential Supportive team culture and environment Monday to Friday roster (some late night trade and weekend work required during peak periods) THE ROLE: Applying/interpreting and implementing the Instore VM Guidelines In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards Assisting with installing window and Instore VM concepts ABOUT YOU: Have a minimum of 3 years merchandising experience across multiple sites (with fashion apparel experience as an advantage) Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills Be able to work both independently and as part of a team Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail To be considered for this Melbourne-based position, you are required to hold a current Driver’s License and have a reliable vehicle for travel.
