This will involve the smooth day-to-day running of AB Technician groups in an allocated area. This role will support the AB Technicians to maintain LIC's high standard of performance. Your Responsibilities Supporting Regional AB Operations Managers to ensure the efficient running of the applicable AB region Mating Plan Management - managing Technician numbers to ensure we can deliver LIC's products and services to our customers Employee management, wellbeing, training and quality control to ensure that all AB Technicians are thriving on farm Personal responsibility to uphold a strong focus on Health and Safety including completing facility assessments to ensure our AB Tech's are safe on farm This is a seasonal position, running from approx. May 2025 to February 2026 and is based in the Southland area. About You We are seeking a candidate with people management and Artificial Breeding knowledge from either a relevant qualification or proven experience. Training will be provided to the successful candidate. For this role, we are looking for a strong people leader with excellent communication skills, who is passionate about supporting people to achieve excellence.
