As a key player in the team, you will provide expert technical guidance, drive process improvements, and ensure the seamless functioning of our network infrastructure. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence, managing complex technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer agreements. Key Responsibilities: Technical Direction & Expertise: Provide hands-on technical guidance, helping engineers resolve complex issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Team Supervision: Lead and support team members in day-to-day operations, ensuring effective workload management and operational efficiency. Network Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure daily checks, backup validation, and proactive monitoring are completed on the network infrastructure. Compliance & Governance: Maintain compliance with internal operational standards, customer contracts, and ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, and service request management). Drive process improvements and support the team in maintaining software currency and vulnerability management, ensuring the integrity of the environment. Customer Interaction: Serve as the key point of contact for customers, addressing technical issues and monitoring team performance. Documentation & Accountability: Ensure accurate documentation for customer environments, processes, and standards, maintaining high levels of ticket hygiene and meeting SLAs. Technical Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical and leadership roles within IT teams. Technical & Operational Management: Proven experience managing both technical delivery and operational aspects, aligned with customer and organizational goals. Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and organizing team priorities to solve complex technical challenges. IT Service Management: Proficiency in ITSM frameworks, with a commitment to best practices in service delivery. Multi-Tasking & High Standards: Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining high service quality standards. IT Service Management Tools: Experience with ITIL V4 Foundations, ServiceNow, and related tools. Networking & Security Expertise: Hands-on experience with F5 Load Balancer, Checkpoint Firewall, Pulse Secure VPN, and IPFX (VOIP). Security Tools & Threat Protection: Familiarity with Tenable Nessus, Nexpose, Microsoft Defender, Advanced Threat Protection, and Windows Threat Hunter. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and Office 365 ATP. Qualifications: Relevant certifications (one or more preferred): CISSP, CCSA, CCSE, PCNSA, PCNSE, F5-CA, F5-CTS, MCP, CCA (Citrix), Cisco, VMware VCP.
