You will be responsible for supporting our National Home Claims Assessing team to deliver a Best in Class Claims experience for our internal claims team, business partners and customers. This role will suit a team member with Trade, Assessing and Leader experience where you have provided coaching, technical support, facilitation and have a strong background in Claims. You will be a team player who can work autonomously and plan their workloads with minimal direction, as well as working in a team environment supporting your peers where required to achieve team goals. Here's what you’ll do: Contribute to continuous development and uplift of capabilities across Assessing and Supply Chain Deliver professional and brilliant service when interacting with internal and external Assessors, Building Coordinators, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders in line with Suncorp’s excellence standards and principles Provide relevant technical advice that balances customer needs with business outcomes Develop plans and materials to deliver tailored workshops, coaching and training programs that drive consistency, best in class and a brilliant customer experience Provide technical and operational business support where required on projects as an Assessing SME, including feedback on proposed technical changes, PDS changes and process change Support Onboarding and facilitating induction training, including high support for new recruits Regularly review and communicate business practices ensuring national consistency, governance and process standards are met Proactive risk management and compliance with industry standards Here's what you’ll bring: Claims insurance experience and/or Claims Assessing experience Experience within the Building trade (desired) Strong ability to interpret policies and to determine the correct policy response Capability to use different technology/systems Highly developed organisational and time management skills Proven performer in customer service roles Skilled in analysis, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills Strong coaching and mentoring skills Established stakeholder and relationship management What we can offer you: Company Car Hybrid work location – WFH, On Road and Office (CBD location) Supportive Team: Join a collaborative team that drives us forward, with colleagues and Leaders who will support you along the way.
