About the role Developing new business relationships while managing a portfolio of existing accounts and projects in the insurance and related sectors for both residential and commercial projects. Assessing damage to property and contents, scoping and project managing large loss remediation works, and invoicing claims in accordance with insurer and company specified KPIs. Great role for someone wanting to move off the tools into project management. Skills and experience A background in any of the following fields would be advantageous: Insurance, Loss Adjusting, Assessing, Restoration, or Building. Ability to scope/quote works and write reports for insurers. Proven ability to source new clients, engage at all levels, and convert leads to business opportunities. Ability to build rapport at all levels within the organisation, with customers and colleagues. Comprehensive training in estimating and pricing works according to Steamatic and Client Contractual guidelines will be provided. Building or relevant trade qualification can be beneficial.
