Job Description Your New Role Working on a Defence program, and reporting into the Project Manager as a Configuration, Asset and Data Management Specialist, your role will be to:Update, implement and maintain Configuration, Asset and Data Management processes and procedures in accordance with business and customer requirements. Maintain and update documents and related configuration items in accordance with approved configuration and baseline changes, either directly or in coordination with SMEs. Manage the accuracy and completeness of configuration status accounting records, documents and diagrams. Administer program-specific configuration management tools. Audit configuration items in accordance with a contracted schedule and maintain asset management records. Attend, and support customer Configuration Control Boards. Please note the successful candidate will be an Australian Citizen with a NV-1 or higher AGSVA Security Clearance. Qualifications About You and What You'll Bring Joining a tight-knit team working closely with the customer, your strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail will hold you in good stead for the role. We are also looking for:Prior experience in a Configuration Analyst or Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) role. ITIL V4 Qualified. Good understanding of all the ITIL Processes and how SACM integrates with the other ITIL Processes. Strong technical, logical & problem solving skills. Strong presentation, engagement & communication skills (written & verbal).
