Your New Role In this role, you will report to three (3) Partners, including the Head of the Global Asset Finance Group , who specializes in financings and corporate transactions involving aircraft, rolling stock, and vessels. The other two partners focus on secured lending and leasing transactions, particularly in aircraft leasing and financing, as well as secured and unsecured lending, joint ventures, operating leases, portfolio sales and acquisitions, securitizations, restructurings, M&A, PDP financings, and ECA financings. This position offers a flourishing employee network, global reach, and practices widely recognized in Chambers and Legal 500 Directories covering the US and Latin America.
