We are looking for highly skilled and qualified Plumbing Inspectors to join Council's plumbing services team to undertake the assessment and inspection of plumbing and drainage work in the Moreton Bay area. This casual position will undertake the preparation, maintenance, and presentation of the grounds and buildings of the Qld State Equestrian Centre. Develop & deliver training programs and quality assurance practices within our Local Laws & Public Health & Permits Branch. Lead the operational management of the Moreton Bay State Emergency Service (SES) Unit to build safer and more resilient communities. Operate the grader and undertake full pavement reconstruction duties for City of Moreton Bay. Lead a small team of event professionals to manage and oversee significant contracts, partnerships, and Council-led receptions and events. Undertake investigations of environmental related matters, deliver environmental projects & provide contemporary & practical responses to environmental issues across our city! Play a critical role in delivering essential infrastructure projects that support our community's growth and development. We are seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated university student to work in our Disaster Management team, working 3 to 5 days/week whilst completing your studies. Undertake a range of activities to support designated analysts within the Technology Services department to improve systems, tools, and business processes to ensure effective implementation of projects. Deliver ECM system administration by providing advice, innovation and problem solving for management and act as a referral base and information point for staff in relation to records and document management issues. Contribute to the delivery of a regional growth modelling and monitoring program that guides and informs strategic land use and infrastructure planning decision-making processes. Key leadership role standing up and driving our new EPMO function here at City of Moreton Bay.
