Aspect Personnel is partnering with a Regional Victorian Council, located 1 hour and 20 minutes northwest of Melbourne, to recruit an Asset Management & Systems Coordinator for an initial 3-month contract.About the Role As the Asset Management & Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Leading the Council’s Assets Team, including staff management, mentoring, and professional development. Overseeing the strategic planning, preparation, and delivery of Asset Management Plans and Capital Works Plans. Managing and improving Council’s asset management systems. Overseeing the full lifecycle management of Council assets. Preparing reports and providing recommendations on asset management strategies. About You The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualifications/experience. Previous experience leading a team of engineers, ideally within Local Government. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities. A current driver’s licence.
