About the Company Our client is a well-established real estate investment firm with a strong track record in managing and developing a diverse range of properties. With years of experience in the industry, they have successfully grown their portfolio, focusing on both investment and asset management strategies. About the Role The successful candidate will oversee the efficient operation and financial management of a commercial property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include driving key asset strategies, maximising returns, and ensuring accurate reporting to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage lease transactions and renewal terms. Oversee external property management teams. Maintain relationships with key tenants and stakeholders. Supervise leasing agents and property managers. Develop and implement asset strategies for both the short and long term. Ensure alignment of sustainability and lifecycle management strategies. What you'll need to succeed: Minimum 5 years of experience in property management who are interested in transitioning into a more strategic asset management role.
