Job Category: Engineering, Program & Project Management Who we are looking for We're looking for an Asset & Projects Officer to help deliver the minor capital works in the Service Delivery department. This role will ensure we implement our asset renewal projects efficiently and cost-effectively, in line with our Project Investment Plan. This is an ongoing full-time position based in our Warrnambool office. This position comes with a generous salary of $86,275 to $93,801 p.a. plus superannuation. Job Description What you'll be doing On a day-to-day basis, you'll: Help deliver capital works as part of our current Project Investment Plan, following policies and procedures. Lead the Service Delivery department's input into the next Project Investment Plan, reviewed every five years. Ensure adherence to OH&S systems, regulations and requirements. Ensure timely delivery of projects within the nominated budget, while contributing to our Zero Harm goals. Desired Skills and Experience What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone with: Appropriate qualifications in Project Management, Science, or Engineering. Alternatively, we welcome strong skills and knowledge from your experience in the water or sewage treatment industry, project management, or related processes. High oral and written communication skills, the ability to discuss and resolve problems, and the ability to manage relationships to build a high level of motivation and team morale.
