Job no: 997372Work type: Full-TimeLocation: Melbourne - CBD & InnerCategories: Finance Purpose Be responsible for the end to end Accounts Receivable function, managing daily/weekly/monthly tender reconciliation and monthly bank reconciliations for Witchery/Mimco, ensuring variances are resolved and escalated in a timely manner, as well as preparing and managing for banking when setting up new retail locations. Key Accountabilities Download bank statements daily, reconcile to POS reports and sales ledger Review and investigate daily cash variances. Contact stores and/or bank and document reasons for variance Prepare monthly VISA/MC/AMEX/After Pay Commission/Paypal/E-shop World/Qantas/Iconic/ cash reconciliation journals Weekly Review AR ageing report to identify overdue debtors and flag these with the relevant stakeholders for follow-up Maintain mapping in Cash Management module of Oracle. Support banking set up (cash collections, merchant facility) for new stores being opened. Key Capabilities Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the retail industry Strong verbal and written communication Attention to detail Excellent organisational skills and deadline driven Problem solving skills Previous experience with Oracle ERP systems desirable Why work for CRG?
