About the role Role Location: Toowoomba, QLD Role Type: Full-time What your role at Qube will look like: Oversee the recording of day-to-day accounting transactions. Manage the accounts payable function which includes monitoring of the shared inbox & invoice matching. Perform inter-company & inventory reconciliations. Compile the daily profit & loss report. Contribute to month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with uploading of ticket movements. Assist and relieve in other positions from time to time (coverage). Drive continuous improvement in internal controls and processes. Work closely to support the Finance Manager with ad hoc & day-to-day tasks. What you can bring to Qube To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Diploma/Tertiary qualification in Accounting and/or Finance, or related field (desired, not essential). Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Finance. Experience using Openlink Agtech (preferred but not essential). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multi-skill, be flexible and adapt to changing needs of a work environment.
