Since 1998, Arriba Group has grown to over 600 staff across more than 40 offices nationwide About You Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy , Physiotherapy , or Exercise Physiotherapy & Full registration with AHPRA / ESSA At least two years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting (previous Team leader experience ideal but we will consider accomplished and highly experienced senior consultants with mentoring/leadership experience) A commitment to being the best - we will provide you a phenomenal onboarding & the tools to excel A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans - you love what you do A fantastic stakeholder manager - you need to be an effective communicator Arriba is made up of innovators - we want our staff to bring new ideas to the table Fun & energy! Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Occupational Therapists , Physiotherapists , and Exercise Physiotherapists providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork. Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review. Support the Area Manager with setting team growth goals and creating annual business plans and strategic goals. Manage performance and ensure financial, customer, and quality KPI’s are met across the team. Strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.
